Tad is our support technician and he can fix basically anything. Working in our support department, he will often be the person you first speak to when you call our office.
He fixes anything from phone screens to computers to the highest standard in a timeframe that suits our clients. He works with both hardware and software, and can set up and configure complex systems on most devices. Tad also provides support to our long-term clients, helping them with emails, software installation, and other general tech support. He’s also our saviour when it comes to setting up wifi, printers and other annoying bits of tech that never seem to work!

In his spare time, Tad enjoys a nice long drive or walk. He’s recently got into photography and is especially into taking scenic photos.
