James heads our support department, and is often the first point of contact for our clients. He’s worked at Stellasoft for 5 years and has completed an apprenticeship in that time.
His main job is to keep clients happy – using Zoho Support [#link] he ensures that all issues are logged and taken care of efficiently by the appropriate team member. He’s also involved in search engine optimisation (SEO) and reporting for our clients. Using the most up-to-date SEO strategies and sophisticated reporting systems, he works with clients to increase their ranking in search engines and updates them on progress every month.
James enjoys spending most of his free time either with his son or playing sports. He recently ran the Bristol half marathon in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support.
